Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skincare and nails, using training provided by Sally Beauty to deliver expert guidance and friendly service.

The role involves building relationships, recommending products, handling transactions, and promoting loyalty programs. Various work schedules are available to fit different needs in our stores.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
• Knowledge of beauty products and promotions to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and highlight sales events.
• Enroll customers in the Loyalty program and complete transactions accurately.
• Maintain a professional store environment and report inventory issues.
