Job summary

Cosmoprof, part of Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc., is seeking a Sales Associate in Bayamón, PR, to create memorable shopping experiences. You will assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, advise on promotions, and help customers enroll in our Loyalty program.

You will set up displays, process transactions, maintain a professional store environment, and represent Cosmoprof culture values.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly customer service in a retail setting.
• Ability to promote products and services to customers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Aptitude for merchandising and maintaining displays.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
