Sally Beauty is seeking a COSMOPROF SALES ASSOCIATE to help customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. The role focuses on creating memorable shopping experiences, advising on products, and guiding customers through their beauty journey with training provided.

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail sales or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers and management.
• Ability to read and explain product labels and follow training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and highlight sales and promotions.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and report inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Cosmoprof culture values.
