Sally Beauty in Orlando is seeking a CosmoProf Sales Associate to help customers with hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You’ll educate shoppers, showcase promotions, and guide them through their beauty journey. Training will be provided and a range of shifts is available to fit diverse schedules.

The role focuses on delivering a memorable shopping experience, processing transactions, and maintaining a welcoming store environment while representing Cosmoprof culture and values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or preferred.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to meet scheduling needs and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty with customers.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up displays and merchandise for promotions.
• Enroll customers in the Loyalty program when appropriate.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate Cosmoprof Culture Values and adapt to flexible hours.
