Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a COSMOPROF Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience. You will assist customers with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, acting as the advisor on their beauty journey.

Training will be provided; a flexible schedule is available to suit various needs. Qualified applicants will offer 1+ years of retail or customer service experience and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers and management.
• Ability to apply product knowledge to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise for sales events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in the Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
