Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a part-time Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor in Manteca, CA. The role focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience as customers explore hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet scheduling needs.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
• Able to apply product knowledge training to support customer service.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by management.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
