Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC in Exton, PA is seeking a COSMOPROF Sales Associate to create a memorable shopping experience across hair, cosmetics, skin care, and nails. You will be the advisor on customers’ journeys, supported by training from Sally Beauty.

You will build relationships, inform customers of promotions, set up displays, enroll shoppers in our Loyalty program, and complete transactions accurately while upholding our culture values.

Qualifications

Experience in retail or beauty industry preferred.
Strong interpersonal and upselling abilities.
Ability to learn product lines and promotions quickly.

Responsibilities

Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Recommend additional and complimentary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and promotions.
Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
