Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC in North Little Rock invites you to join Cosmoprof as a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor. You will guide customers through hair color, cosmetics, skin care and nails, creating memorable shopping experiences and building lasting relationships.

You will participate in promotions, arrange displays, enroll customers in the loyalty program, and complete transactions with accuracy, while upholding the Sally Beauty Culture Values and delivering friendly, informed advice daily.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors upon occasion.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
