Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor to create a memorable shopping experience for customers in Albuquerque. You will help with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, and nails, while training is provided to increase knowledge and expertise.

You will build relationships, promote loyalty programs, and support promotions and product displays. A flexible schedule allows for various shifts, with opportunities for growth and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers, co-workers and management.
• Read and explain product labels and follow training to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and merchandise to highlight sales and events.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
