SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L'Oréal USA, seeks a Store Manager in Berwyn, IL. You will lead a store team, recruit top talent, and ensure exceptional customer service while meeting sales targets. The role requires weekend availability and a customer‑first mindset in a fast-paced beauty retail environment.

You will manage daily operations, coach staff, control inventory, and promote product knowledge through continuous education. A cosmetology license is a plus but not required.

Formación

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Outstanding customer service, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work weekends per availability guidelines.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full‑time, permanent basis.
