Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use a computerized point of sale system (SAP preferred).
• Must be able to work weekends.
• 18 years of age and HS Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs and stand/walk during shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Salon professionals.
• Process sales and returns, replenish merchandise, and maintain store appearance.
• Educate customers on promotions, sales events, and advertised products.
• Assist with inventories and periodic cycle counts, and participate in merchandising.
