Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations and guest experiences. You will help keep shelves stocked, assist with merchandise resets, and ensure cleanliness and compliance across the store.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma preferred with 1 year of related experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Meet store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and products are available.
• Follow compliance and execution goals for task dashboard and operations like shipments, replenishment, and inventory counts.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment for teammates and guests.
• Participate in ongoing training for brand and category education to boost sales performance.
• Follow Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and dress code.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures using Ulta Beauty practices.
• Keep work area replenished, signed, and faced, and ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across salesfloor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect assets by following loss prevention practices and delivering guest service.
