Sephora Milpitas is seeking an Operations Associate to support daily store operations, including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising, ensuring Sephora brand standards and a smooth client experience.

You will assist with customer service, collaborate with teammates, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment. Flexible scheduling options: Full Time 30-40 hrs/week, Part Time 15-29 hrs/week, and peak-time availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications
