Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to problem solve.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on store operational excellence to support sales drivers.
• Maintain stocked merchandise and manage inventory processes.
• Follow dress code and adhere to Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and shipment processing using Ulta Beauty practices.
• Keep work areas replenished, signed, and faced; ensure testers are available.
• Maintain store cleanliness across sales floor, restrooms, cashwrap, backroom, and break area.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention practices and providing guest service.
