Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Task Associate (TA) to support store operations, maintain clean, well-stocked fixtures, and help drive sales. You will follow procedures, assist the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager, and ensure accuracy in inventory and display standards.

The role requires flexibility for morning, evening, weekend shifts and a customer-focused mindset. Training is provided, and benefits apply to eligible full-time staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting store retail goals by ensuring tasks are executed and product is available.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard, shipments, replenishments, merchandise sets, and inventories.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Protect company assets by following loss prevention best practices and guest service.
• Complete merchandise resets, planograms, displays, and inventory procedures.
