Qualifications

• Comfortable in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Quick learner with ability to absorb and share product knowledge and training.
• Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire coach and empower team members to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales goals.
• Drive performance and contribute to store success through client engagement, product knowledge, and personalized recommendations.
• Coach for growth and provide ongoing feedback to elevate team performance.
• Train and develop by supporting onboarding and continuous learning in service excellence, loyalty programs, product knowledge, and brand initiatives.
• Execute daily operations and assist with inventory, visual merchandising, and maintaining store standards.
• Foster inclusivity and teamwork to promote a culture of openness.
• Uphold Sephora standards and help create a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.
