Job summary

SalonCentric, a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is seeking a Part Time Key Holder to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth store operations. This role focuses on service, product knowledge, and teamwork in a salon professional beauty environment.

You will greet customers, process transactions, maintain merchandise, participate in inventories, and help drive promotions. Must be 18+, HS diploma, weekend availability, and able to lift up to 20 lbs.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work weekends as required.
• 18 years of age with HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wow the Customer – deliver exceptional service to Salon professionals.
• Sell premium beauty brands and educate on promotions and products; replenish merchandise; assist with inventories.
• Gain product knowledge and share beauty trends with customers.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals and priorities.
• Grow and develop within the SalonCentric and L’Oréal USA family.
