Job summary

SalonCentric is seeking a part-time Key Holder to deliver exceptional customer service to salon professionals and educate customers on promotions and products. You will help stock, process transactions, and maintain store appearance while representing the L’Oréal USA family.

The role requires at least a High School Diploma or GED, weekend availability, and the ability to lift up to 20 lbs. SAP experience is a plus, and most major holidays are off.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience strongly preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Ability to use computerized point of sale system; SAP experience preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require.
• 18 years of age with HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Must be able to stand and walk around the store during shift.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
