Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Retail or related experience preferred.
• Basic reading and math skills.
• Experience with a POS system; SAP experience preferred.
• Weekend availability required.
• 18+ with HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to lift up to 20 lbs. and to stand/walk during shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Salon professionals and shoppers.
• Sell professional beauty brands and explain promotions and events.
• Process and replenish merchandise; assist with inventories.
• Maintain store appearance and operate the POS system.
• Collaborate with team to reach goals and provide product knowledge.
