• Use forecasts and budgets to schedule staffing and maximize productivity within payroll targets.
• Lead manager and associate development, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, dress code, and store standards.
• Support continuous improvement and communicate trends to field leadership.
