Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales orders with Operations, ensuring inventory availability.
• Enter and maintain orders using internal systems and AI tools.
• Follow up with retail buyers and planners on orders, pricing and needs.
• Coordinate with independent brokers on products, pricing, presentations and sheets.
• Manage outreach to prospective retail accounts and oversee virtual assistants.
• Oversee VA-driven customer-service inquiries, including Amazon-related inquiries.
• Assist with trade shows: booth setup, meetings and selling.
• Maintain accurate sales data and ensure timely follow-ups.
