Job summary

Salon Service Group is seeking a part-time Store Associate at our West Madison location. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences, assist with daily operations, and help drive sales with a friendly, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, processing transactions, maintaining store appearance, and participating in product knowledge sessions. Prior retail or customer service experience and the ability to work Saturdays are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including Saturdays.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service in a friendly environment.
• Manage daily store operations including inventory and cash handling.
• Communicate with area DSCs to meet sales goals.
• Participate in product knowledge classes and training.
• Maintain merchandising and store appearance.
• Process sales transactions and returns per policy.
• Stay informed on market trends and product recommendations.
