Salon Service Group in Knoxville, TN is seeking a part-time Store Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support store operations. You will work closely with the Store Manager and team to drive sales, maintain standards, and participate in product training.

The role requires a high school diploma and prior retail or customer service experience. A flexible, Saturdays-available schedule and reliable transportation are valued in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service in a customer-first environment and build strong partnerships.
• Handle daily store operations including inventory management and cash handling.
• Communicate with area DSCs to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Participate in product knowledge trainings to drive sales growth.
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising, and cleanliness.
• Process sales transactions accurately and balance cash drawer daily.
• Handle returns and discounts per policy.
