Job summary

Salon Service Group is seeking a Store Associate in Nashville to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support the Store Manager in daily operations. You will participate in product knowledge sessions, maintain merchandising standards, handle transactions, and work with the team to meet and exceed sales goals.

This full-time, on-site role requires a high school diploma, retail experience, and a flexible schedule including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Demonstrates cheerful attitude and strong customer focus.
• Able to work independently and with others in a team.
• Thrives in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Comfortable using POS systems and learning new tech.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer experiences and prioritize customers.
• Handle day-to-day store operations including inventory and cash handling.
• Communicate with area managers to achieve sales goals.
• Participate in product knowledge trainings to drive sales.
• Maintain appearance including merchandising and cleanliness.
• Complete sales transactions accurately and balance cash drawer.
• Process returns and discounts per policy.
• Stay current with market trends and recommend products.
