SalonCentric, a premier wholesale distributor and a subsidiary of L’Oréal USA, is hiring a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Fort Myers, FL. You will support daily operations, develop a high-performing team, and drive exceptional customer service in a dynamic beauty environment.

Role emphasizes leadership, recruitment, training, and collaboration with store management to achieve sales goals. Weekend availability and US work authorization are required, with a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail leadership experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work weekends per availability guidelines.
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store manager in developing high-performing teams delivering outstanding customer service.
• Help recruit top talent and ensure training for all team members.
• Set clear direction and communicate the store vision and goals.
• Identify sales opportunities and drive profitability with timely action.
