• Experience in agency or in-house beauty/lifestyle communications; fashion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day account management for beauty clients, overseeing campaign planning, execution, and performance reporting.
• Develop and pitch strategic communications plans; manage media and influencer outreach; secure coverage across print, digital, and social channels.
• Coordinate content and messaging with internal teams; prepare client-ready materials; support event ideation and production (launches, press previews, experiential activations).
• Maintain strong client relationships, mentor junior team members, monitor industry trends, and contribute to new business proposals within beauty.
