Job summary

Voyant Beauty is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee daily production operations within the Illinois facility. The role requires strategic planning, resource allocation, and strong leadership to drive safety, quality, and efficiency while meeting production goals.

• Experience in cosmetics/personal care preferred.

• Oversee daily operations to meet production targets safely and with high quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize resource use and productivity.
• Lead and mentor a diverse team and foster continuous improvement.
• Monitor KPIs to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Manage budgets, forecasts and costs to align with goals.
• Collaborate with other departments to align operational strategies.
• Conduct audits to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
