Job summary

Maesa seeks a highly organized Project Management Coordinator to support our team of Project Managers across launch, operations, and supply chain initiatives in NYC. You will ensure timelines, cross-functional communication, and high-quality execution.

The role requires 1–3 years in project coordination, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Asana or similar platforms. We offer a discretionary bonus, health benefits, and a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or project management; cosmetics/beauty/CPG preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with project management platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills—clear, concise, and professional in written and verbal formats.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in creating, updating, and maintaining project timelines for launches and related initiatives.
• Track milestones, deliverables, and budgets; document risks and escalate issues as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional inputs, prepare meeting agendas, recaps, and action item follow-ups.
