Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver guest service.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, personalize service, answer questions about products and services, and recommend items.
• Courteously handle customer service, refunds, and exchanges and assist with on-line orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events that deliver an exceptional guest experience.
