Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Task Associate to support store operations, keep fixtures stocked, maintain cleanliness, and execute assigned tasks. The role partners with the Merchandise Manager and Operations Manager to drive performance, people, and process while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Candidates should be detail‑oriented, able to follow procedures, and work as part of a team or independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding the store’s retail goals by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
• Meet compliance and execution goals related to task dashboard and ensure the timely completion of all operational processes, including shipment and replenishment processes, merchandise sets, and inventory counts and procedures.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment that supports teammates, peers, and the internal and external guests served.
• Regularly participate in ongoing training, including brand and category education, to enable continuous professional development and drive sales performance.
