You will maintain clean, stocked fixtures, assist with online orders, and build lasting customer relationships while staying informed about products and promotions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS systems and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and engage guests to determine needs.
• Perform makeup applications and product demonstrations with guests to drive sales.
• Book appointments for and support in-store services and events.
• Maintain stocked, clean fixtures and assist with merchandise resets.
• Assist with online orders and returns and ensure a positive guest experience.
