Job summary

Ulta Beauty, Inc. is seeking a Beauty Advisor to deliver an exceptional guest experience, perform make-up and skincare services, and drive sales. The role requires engaging guests, maintaining store standards, and participating in in-store events to support business goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of related experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage each guest, personalize service, answer questions, inform guests about promotions and upsell products.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds and exchanges; assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations for guests.
• Book appointments and support services and in-store events to deliver an exceptional guest experience while meeting sales goals.
• Stay informed on product knowledge and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain punctual attendance.
