Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail or client-focused environment.
• Passion for beauty, trends, and empowering confidence.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player in a collaborative, goal-oriented, inclusive environment.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailored beauty consultations and product recommendations that meet each client’s needs.
• Demonstrate product knowledge to educate and empower clients on their beauty journey.
• Stay ahead of trends to deliver relevant advice that keeps clients coming back.
• Drive sales to meet and exceed KPI targets and performance metrics.
• Maintain a welcoming, organized store space and assist with merchandising.
