Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., Point of Sale system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greet each guest to determine needs.
• Assist with cashier tasks and online orders.
• Keep fixtures stocked with merchandise and maintain store cleanliness.
• Perform makeup applications and skincare analysis to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Stay informed about products and their ingredients/benefits.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance and follow store procedures.
