Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Beauty Advisor to provide an exceptional guest experience, assist with products, and perform makeup applications and demonstrations. You will support guests on promotions, manage cashier tasks, and ensure the store remains clean and attractive.

The role requires a passion for beauty, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work with the team across sales, events, and inventory processes. Flexibility for schedule is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.
• Excellent guest service and selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and engage with each guest to assess needs and promotions.
• Perform cashier tasks and assist with online orders.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stock fixtures.
• Assist with makeup applications, skincare analysis and product demos.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events to drive guest experience and sales.
• Stay informed about products and benefits to better serve guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with policies and dress code.
