Job summary

Ulta Beauty is hiring a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, build relationships, and drive sales through personalized service and product demonstrations. You will keep fixtures stocked, assist with online orders, and support store events while upholding store standards.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for beauty, strong guest service skills, and the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals for retail and service sales, loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, tailor service to their needs, inform about promotions, and recommend products or services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments and support in-store events to deliver guest experience and sales goals.
• Stay informed about new products and communicate their benefits to guests.
• Maintain regular attendance and store cleanliness.
