CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Beauty Sales Consultant for our Greenwich, CT beauty zone. You will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service, upsell and build personalized baskets while guiding customers through trend-driven beauty solutions.

You’ll learn CVS Beauty Club promotions, maintain displays, and participate in store events. The role requires a flexible retail schedule, strong communication, and the ability to work independently within a fast-paced team.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable beauty service and build a personalized basket for each customer.
• Explain product usage and benefits and promote CVS Beauty Club programs.
• Create and maintain attractive displays and promotional materials.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked beauty zone and comply with hygiene standards.
• Participate in training, sales events, and achieve sales budgets.
