Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is looking for a friendly and energetic Sally Beauty Advisor to help customers select the right products and services for their beauty needs. You will guide customers through hair, cosmetics, skincare, and nails, while sharing knowledge and tips to enhance their overall shopping experience.

You will build relationships, demonstrate products, enroll customers in the loyalty program, and maintain an inviting store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally while on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.
• Standing, walking, bending and reaching during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire customer loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of promotions and events.
• Set up displays and merchandise to highlight sales.
• Ensure customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
• We have a range of different working schedules and hours to suit everyone’s needs.
