Sally Beauty Holdings, LLC is seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Sally Beauty Advisor to help customers find the right products and create a memorable shopping experience.

In this role you will build relationships, demonstrate product knowledge, set up displays, inform customers of promotions, enroll them in the loyalty program, and process transactions. We offer training, growth potential, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 1+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Must be available to meet the scheduling needs of the business.
• Able to communicate with customers, co-workers and management in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to use product knowledge to assist customers.
• Read and explain product labels.
• Follow directions and perform other duties as assigned by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complimentary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
• Ensure our customers are informed about and enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
• Demonstrate our Sally Beauty Culture Values.
