Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Greet and engage guests, assess needs, answer questions about products and services, and recommend Ulta Beauty offerings.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges, and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and assist with in-store events to deliver an excellent guest experience.
