Job summary

You will keep the sales floor stocked and clean, support in-store events, stay current on new products, and uphold Ulta’s standards of service, dress code, and teamwork while working flexible hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Demonstrates a passion for guest service and competency for selling.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system and Apple devices).
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and assist with cashier tasks.
• Maintain clean, stocked fixtures and overall store cleanliness.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Stay informed about new and existing products to better serve guests.
• Adhere to Ulta Beauty policies and dress code.
