Responsibilities

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, omni-channel sales, and shrink.
• Provide exceptional service by greeting guests, answering questions, recommending products and services.
• Handle customer service, sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analyses, and product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events to deliver an unrivaled guest experience.
