Qualifications

• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver exceptional service by identifying needs and offering personalized product recommendations.
• Assist with cashier tasks, stock shelves, and keep fixtures clean and organized.
• Demonstrate makeup applications and skincare products to drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events.
• Stay knowledgeable about products and promotions to answer guest questions.
