• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results.
• Keep department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty via Nordstrom Rewards.
