General Description

The Beauty Consultant is responsible for providing a personalized, engaging, and enjoyable shopping experience to clients. This role involves demonstrating beauty products and techniques, and using in-depth product knowledge to enhance our clients' lives.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Proactively approaches clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding experience.
2. Seeks out and absorbs knowledge of products and techniques to stay current on beauty trends.
3. Participates in activities in assigned area(s) to support standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available.
4. Models strong beauty business values and culture.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
