Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Evansville, IN is seeking a friendly Beauty Consultant (Part Time) to join our energetic team. You will help clients with skincare and tanning products, provide friendly service, and meet daily sales goals, while maintaining a clean, welcoming salon.

We offer base pay plus commission and bonus, flexible schedules for students, training and development, and opportunities for advancement in a vibrant, professional environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Cash handling, opening/closing business
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
