Palm Beach Tan in Round Rock is seeking outgoing, energetic sales associates to represent our brand and deliver exceptional customer service. You will promote tanning services and skincare products while driving sales in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail or customer service.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation; flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Handle cash; open/close business.
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals.
