Job summary

Brookman, Inc. is seeking aBeauty Consultant to represent our brand in a vibrant salon setting. You will engage customers with a friendly, professional approach, drive sales, and educate on tanning practices and product lines.

Strong communication and retail experience help you excel in a fast-paced team environment. The role offers base pay plus commission, performance bonuses, and opportunities for advancement, with flexible scheduling and employee discounts on our skincare products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (7+ hours/day).
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Opening/Closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking.
