Job summary

A leading tanning service provider is seeking part-time Beauty Consultants in Plainfield, Indiana. You will meet sales goals while providing professional customer consultations and promoting safe tanning practices. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and previous retail experience. Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.

Responsibilities

• Meeting sales goals measured daily/weekly/monthly.
• Consults with customers in a professional, upbeat manner.
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items.
• Maintain a clean and organized salon.
• Cash handling, opening/closing business.
• Daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proven experience in retail/customer service environment

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
