The Beauty Consultant is responsible for providing a personalized, engaging, and fun shopping experience to clients. This includes demonstrating beauty products and techniques, and leveraging in-depth product knowledge to enhance our clients' lives.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Proactively approach clients in a friendly manner to determine how to provide a rewarding client experience.
2. Seek out and absorb knowledge of products and techniques to stay current on beauty trends.
3. Participate in activities in assigned areas to support standards and ensure merchandise is well presented and available for clients.
4. Model strong beauty business values and culture.
